1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in all serviceable areas.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • The applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can track your package.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • A signature from you or an authorized recipient may be required upon delivery.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt delivery again or provide instructions for collection.

6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Amnara Skin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
